"Oh no! My beautiful ball ". She burst into tears desperately.
"What's the matter"? a croaky voice said.
Looking around, She caught sight of a little green frog sitting on a stone by the side of the pond.
The frog leaped towards the princess and asked again after he got closer- "What's wrong beautiful princess"?
The princess was stunned when she saw a talking frog. ' A talking frog how can that be'?
"Well here I am, My princess," said the frog.
Coming back to herself, "My beautiful golden ball", She sobbed. It's fallen in the water and I can't reach it because it's so deep. What can I do? How can I get it back?
' I can get it for you if you like', said the frog.
"But you have to do me a favor in return," said the frog.
'Anything', said princess. 'I will give you all my jewels if you want'.
"I want my three wishes to be fulfilled," said the frog.
My first wish is- "I want you to be my friend and allow me to live with you in a palace for a day."
My second wish is- " I want to eat from your plate, drink from your cup, and sleep in your room, please give me some corner space."
My third wish ...........
"Yes what is your third wish," asked the princess?
My third wish I will tell you once you fulfill my other two wishes.
'Of course', said princess. Now please hurry up! I promise to fulfill all your wishes.
The frog dived into the water and went out of sight. While later, the bubbles appeared in the water and up popped the frog balancing the ball on his nose.
Quickly Princess grabbed the ball and ran off towards the palace. Seeing the princess leaving the frog behind --- the frog yelled after her.
My beautiful princess, you promised to take me with you to the castle.
The princess replied after laughing mockingly," "How can you imagine living with a beautiful princess like me even for a day"?
The princess left the frog right there and went back to the castle. In the evening, the king, queen, and princess sat down at the dinner table. Right when they were about to start their dinner, they heard a knock on the door.
The maid told," A frog has arrived being invited by the princess and seeking permission to come in."
The king surprisingly asked his daughter- " Would you like to tell us what's going on my daughter"?
The princess told all about what happened on the pond in the morning. After listening, the king said-" If you gave your promise to the frog to save your ball, then you should keep your words."
The king ordered the maid to welcome the frog inside.
A while later the door opened and the little frog came in leaping and stopped next to the dinner table. He addressed and thanked the king heartily.
Soon after, with one big jump, he landed next to the princess plate. The king ordered a plate for the frog, but he stopped him. No need for a plate your highness, I will eat from the princess's plate as she promised. The princess was really upset with him but she thought that he would leave after the dinner anyway, so she didn't say anything.
But the frog had no intention to leave after the dinner. When the princess left the table, he followed her towards the room.
The time passed and the frog got sleepy. Being afraid to upset her father, the princess had to allow the frog to be in her room.
Trying not to show her anger, she also just slept quietly. In the morning frog woke up the princess and said, " Thank you for fulfilling my wishes". Hearing that princess was very happy and thought that he will leave right away. The princess was extremely happy and was assured that the frog has forgotten his desire for his third wish. Soon later she looked at him but she saw that the smile on the frog's face was disappeared and instead, a tear ran down his cheek.
The princess thought for a while, he was so happy, why he started shedding his tears?
Coming back to herself, she asked the frog," what was your third wish? Why you are so upset and crying?
"I cannot be so selfish my princess," said the frog.
But what happened, why are you sounding so mysterious?

No, my dear, there is one more condition along with that, If whosoever princess is ready to kiss me, she can definitely turn me into a human being only if she is not united in wedlock forever. And even if she dissociates her promise she will lose her Prince's life.
Hearing this princess said -" I am ready to kiss you."
The frog denied and said -
'you are so young and beautiful. Don't screw up for me.'
The princess said- Being as princess I have one more duty, to serve my kingdom. If you are in need and I could help you out by my sacrifice, I would be happy to do so.
The frog just wanted to keep the princess happy, he quickly left the room. The princess ran after him and took him in her hand and kissed him. As soon as she kissed the frog, A bright light covered the room, and right at the moment, the frog was turned into a handsome young prince.
The princess was stunned and she could not believe her eyes.
Soon after, the prince put forward and said those three magical words and stole her heart away. He committed himself to remain unwedded.
Oh, my dear princess, our love be immortal and will last in memories forever and ever. You will always be my yearning! All my dreams would be embedded by your shadows. I will always feel hard for your silent, sweet gaze.
Oh my love, please forgive me, If I have been so mean. I promise you that you will be my princess in white and whenever you need my sight, I will be there right. You will be always there in my heart. You as princess serve your kingdom and I will serve mine.
The princess's eyes were filled with tears, she doesn't want to get apart but this was destiny, no one has control over it. At the same time, she was happy as she found her beloved prince although they cannot stay together but were close in their heart.
The princess told the whole story to the king. The king said, "You learned so many lessons today my child". May God bless you and your prince and give you the courage to face all your hardships. The prince and princess kept their promises and beautifully maintained their relationship thereafter and lived happily ever after.
As a writer, we have our own world of imaginations. We live in our own fantasy world with no limitations on our thoughts. It stretches our mind and helps us to create and reach on a different platform of wonderland, beyond the point. So is the world of a fairy tale, I believe what draws me most strongly to fairy tales is how much wiggle room there is for the imagination.
The romance attracted me always of prince and princess, no matter what conflicts came up, you could almost always be sure of a happy end for the heroes.
Here there is a twist in the tale, Although the princess found her prince but could not live together. They both just wanted to keep each other happy. This story tells about we should not judge others only by the looks, without knowing the whole truth. You never know how much someone might be struggling inside. So be kind.
