Mother's day is celebrated just for a day,
But they shower their love on us every day, in every way.
I want to honor all my mothers,
With words of love and praise.

And their kind and loving ways.

Maasi maa is another name of motherhood,
The real hero of my childhood.
She always listens to my stories,
She always wipes my tears,
She wraps her arms around me,
And she understands my fears.
She is the one who bears the sweetest name,
And adds luster to the same.
Long-life to her, as there is no other,
Who can take the place next to my dear mother?

Sasu maa---It's the another relationship you form,
When you leave your first home.
Mumma many things you have done,
And all the time that you were there.
Help me know deep down inside,
How much you really care.
Even though I might not say,
But I appreciate what all you do,
I am richly blessed to have a mother-in-law like you.
By seeing you I can truly say that relations are not only by birth,
But are always made on Earth,
And being with you is always worth it.

A mother who always prays,
A mother who always stays.
A mother with higher love,
A blessing and a strength from up above.
When you have too much to bear,
She is always there to share and care.
I am blessed God, that you made her mine,

Maa Durga gives me courage to fight all evils,
So that I can fulfill all my wills.
